1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AlphaPips mobile application, or by visiting the website at alphapips.net (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently amended.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AlphaPips. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. Description of Service

AlphaPips is a mobile application that provides AI-generated forex trading signal notifications to registered users. Each signal includes indicative entry prices, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets for various currency pairs and commodity instruments.

AlphaPips signals are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

4. Risk Warning

Trading forex, CFDs, and other leveraged financial instruments involves a significant risk of loss. You could lose all of your invested capital, and in some cases more.

  • Past signal performance is not indicative of future results
  • Leverage amplifies both potential gains and losses
  • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make
  • AlphaPips shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using our signals or service
  • You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely

We strongly recommend seeking independent financial advice from a qualified, licensed professional before making any trading or investment decisions.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
  • Notify us immediately at accounts@alphapips.net of any suspected unauthorised use of your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit our signals, content, or algorithms without prior written permission
  • Conduct any unlawful activity or violate applicable regulations including securities or financial services laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the App or its underlying systems
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or our servers
  • Impersonate AlphaPips, our team, or any other person or entity
  • Introduce viruses, trojans, or other harmful code into the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, AI models, algorithms, data, and software within the AlphaPips App and website are the exclusive property of AlphaPips or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

No rights are granted beyond those expressly set out in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • ANY WARRANTY THAT SIGNALS WILL BE PROFITABLE, ACCURATE, OR TIMELY
  • ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
  • ANY WARRANTY THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALPHAPIPS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING:

  • Trading losses or financial losses of any kind
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity
  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your AlphaPips account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion your account will be deactivated and your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deletion is irreversible.

11. Termination by Us

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
